Vice-President for Business Development and Marketing
Crisostomo is responsible for the introduction and propagation of new and innovative FERN products, as well as providing strong and adequate marketing support for the FERN Network.
MA. LOURDEZ C. CORPUS
Vice-President for Corporate Human Resources & Organizational Development
Responsible for administration and development of FERN personnel, CHROD provides integral support to FERN’s business operations.
Corpus also leads FERN’s CSR Programs, which have included environmental campaigns and relief operations for calamity-stricken areas.
EDDIE O. SENTURIAS
Vice-President for Network Operations
Senturias and his Division ensure that the business needs of FERN’s 1 Million members are addressed.
Recently, FERN launched its “Guaranteed Success, Momentum Building (GSMB)” Program, opening twelve FERN Regional Training Centers in provinces across the nation. Senturias has been at the forefront of this project.

Vice-President for Information Technology
Garcia is responsible for technological innovations that make the FERN Business more convenient for members.
Among these: the FERN Wallet; SMS Command Center; and the FERN Cash Card.
FERN’s IT Division also manages FERN’s Multi-Level Marketing System, ensuring that thousands of FERN Members’ daily financial transactions are kept secure and accurate.

JESUSA ORTIZ-VILLAVITO
Vice-President for Finance
Ms. Jesusa “Essie” O. Villavito is a CPA with more than twenty-six (26) years experience in Financial Control and Accounting.
Villavito has designed FERN’s dynamic budget management and development plans. She has been a key planner for the company’s aggressive expansion not only in Philippine territories but also overseas.
